Cafetieres

Cafetieres are a very simple way of making coffee, but gives very good results bringing out the characteristics of the coffee and in a restaurant makes for nice presentation.

All you need is hot water ( not boiling ), warm the cafetiere first and then add preferred amount of coffee, pour on water and leave for one minute, then slowly push the plunger down and the coffee is made.
